My name is MK Chavez, and I am a mixed-race coach, author, and educator. With over thirty years of experience in social justice, the arts, and nonprofit leadership, I am deeply committed to creating spaces where transformational change and creative growth can thrive.

At Ouroboros, I bring my eclectic, healing-centered approach to coaching individuals, teams, and communities. Whether you are starting a new creative project, visioning its completion, or navigating organizational change, I am here to support you every step of the way.

My Approach

Equity, inclusion, and belonging are at the heart of all my work. I draw on my experience as an executive director, curator, teacher, facilitator, and community organizer to guide my practice. I believe transformational change is possible when we embrace curiosity, joy, and a belief in our own potential.
